Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional core team spanning hardware, software, and other departments.
- Own the program schedule from pre-concept through launch, managing delivery of key milestones.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the program.
- Proactively identify and drive resolution of critical program risks/issues.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Establish best practices and key performance indicators for success.
- Distill complex topics into clear communications for stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager in consumer electronics.
- Experience in process definition/improvements and program management tools.
- Strong team leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in presenting to groups and operating autonomously across teams.
