Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance avionics solutions for air vehicle platforms.
- Create reliable on-board communication systems for high bandwidth data exchange.
- Architect, design, and build high-speed digital PCBAs.
- Collaborate with external vendors to communicate design requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with software, firmware, and hardware teams.
- Develop hardware validation test plans for subsystems and full systems.
- Ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and survivability demands.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded hardware design or computer engineering.
- Proficiency in designing high-density PCB layouts.
- Understanding of thermal, mechanical, power, and performance tradeoffs.
- Experience creating test plans and performing validation tests.
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and signal integrity.
- Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.
