Responsibilities
- Support the design and build of prototypes for aerospace systems.
- Finalize CAD designs for the current prototype.
- Enhance designs through precise tolerancing across development stages.
- Deliver detailed CAD drawings for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with vendors to source components.
- Support finite element analysis (FEA) simulations.
- Create models for both current prototypes and full-scale systems.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering Degree program.
- Experience with solid modeling and CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Familiarity with mechanical FEA tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
- Ability to maintain or obtain Government Security Clearance.
