Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering organizations.
- Operate as a single-threaded owner for critical programs, managing ambiguity and dependencies.
- Own the full lifecycle of programs from ideation to execution to operational excellence.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to influence technical decisions and drive accountability.
- Utilize data analytics (Python, SQL) to guide programs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Build automation tools and improve internal systems for platform-wide transformation.
- Mentor and grow junior TPMs and Engineers to enhance organizational performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in Engineering/Data Science/Technical Program Management.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale programs in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools.
- Experience contributing to technical design and architectural trade-offs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
