Responsibilities
- Create assembly work instructions for new sub-assemblies or stations.
- Design and prototype an assembly fixture or jig.
- Execute quick lean improvements (5S/Kaizen).
- Evaluate and execute equipment and station updates.
- Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Produce CAD models and mechanical drawings.
- Document and maintain a quality-oriented mindset.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on assembly experience and basic soldering skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion360 or Catia).
- Familiarity with GD&T, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and data collection methods.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a workshop/assembly environment.
