Responsibilities
- Engineer mechanical parts, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs for electrical equipment orders.
- Provide engineering support and technical assistance on design feasibility.
- Assist in planning detailed product development objectives.
- Participate in the review of product performance results.
- Assist in standardizing materials and components.
- Learn product engineering basics while aiding in product development.
- Collaborate with internal groups on product design and improvements.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years’ experience with ProE/Creo; recent graduates considered.
- Experience in product development or design.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred experience with PowerPanel/Switchboard/Switchgear products.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication design and DFM.
- Understanding of electrical schematics.
