Responsibilities
- Analyze product specifications and requirements with R&D and Engineering teams.
- Develop product modifications to enhance production efficiency.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications and required parts.
- Plan equipment layout and design manufacturing workflows.
- Analyze manufacturing sequences during pilot series and recommend product changes.
- Conduct improvement projects and liaise with engineering functions and vendors.
- Ensure appropriate process and product documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
- 2+ years of Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar MRP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to measure, design, and install production fixtures and equipment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
