Responsibilities
- Support the transfer of production lines and launch of new products.
- Provide technical support for production line planning and equipment installation.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot manufacturing and testing issues.
- Optimize product and process to reduce cycle time.
- Evaluate components for cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on production line metrics.
- Create documents to support production improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Production Support.
- Experience with 3-phase string inverters/projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in generating and reading production specifications.
- Understanding of North American and European regulatory standards.
- Ability to interpret 2D engineering prints.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training and project support.
