Responsibilities
- Implement process improvement solutions, including hardware installations and documentation.
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes such as transportation and inventory management.
- Manage improvement projects requiring capital expenditures and cost savings calculations.
- Design and implement efficient logistics solutions using simulation models.
- Apply Lean manufacturing improvements and support production team training.
- Coordinate and communicate technical information across various organizational levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective actions to ensure quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience simulating manufacturing and logistics systems.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred: Lean manufacturing techniques, experience with ERP systems, and knowledge of technical drawing software.
