Responsibilities
- Support process development, improvements, and validations during production.
- Research, purchase, and implement new/upgraded equipment.
- Ensure adherence to specific quality guidelines and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Lead and coordinate departmental improvement projects and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of defects and implement countermeasures.
- Design, procure, and validate fixtures, tools, and shop aides.
- Apply Lean manufacturing improvements and coordinate technical information across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent technical drawing software.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Understanding of Supply-Chain Management and/or Internal Logistics.
