Responsibilities
- Analyze operations and design workflows and production processes.
- Reduce inefficiency and ensure final products meet quality standards.
- Apply lean principles to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Perform detailed time studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct value stream mapping and lead Kaizen events.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Lead projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred experience with SAP or similar MRP system.
- 6 Sigma certification is a plus.
