Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for next-generation aircraft avionics from concept to production.
- Build, lead, and mentor a world-class avionics engineering team.
- Drive the design of custom avionics hardware and support equipment.
- Integrate off-the-shelf hardware and drive the roadmap for future vertical integration.
- Establish and enforce appropriate design processes.
- Maintain technical excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with core teams and external partners as needed.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong technical fundamentals in electronics design and system integration.
- Experience with large platforms (aircraft, rockets, satellites, automotive, etc.).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Passion for high-performance avionics and innovation.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and cross-functional leadership.
