Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for the avionics system.
- Build, lead, and mentor the avionics engineering team.
- Drive the design of custom avionics hardware and support equipment.
- Integrate off-the-shelf hardware and manage future vertical integration.
- Establish and enforce design processes and ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure system performance meets requirements and design expectations.
- Collaborate with core teams and engage with external partners.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong technical fundamentals in custom electronics design.
- Experience with system-level integration for large platforms.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Proven track record in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
