Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for next-generation aircraft avionics.
- Build, lead, and mentor the avionics engineering team.
- Drive the design of custom avionics hardware and support equipment.
- Integrate off-the-shelf hardware and manage the roadmap for vertical integration.
- Establish and enforce design processes to ensure technical excellence.
- Ensure system performance meets requirements and design expectations.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong technical fundamentals in electronics design and system integration.
- Experience with large platforms such as aircraft, rockets, or satellites.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Passion for building high-performance avionics.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and cross-functional leadership.
