Responsibilities
- Own the avionics system and define the vision for the next-generation aircraft.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance avionics engineering team.
- Establish and enforce design processes for avionics development.
- Maintain technical excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure system performance meets design expectations and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and program management.
- Engage with external partners and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of aerospace engineering experience with a focus on avionics system design.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in an engineering context.
- Strong technical fundamentals in avionics and related areas.
- Knowledge of industry standards, including DO and MIL-STD avionics design.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
