Responsibilities
- Own a design that impacts the X-BAT system and flight test milestones.
- Full lifecycle ownership of projects: concept, design, verification, integration, flight test, and manufacturing.
- Conduct circuit design for embedded systems, including analog, digital, power conversion, high-speed, FPGA, and MCU.
- Perform system integration and verification tasks.
- Execute environmental testing, qualification, and automation.
- Debug, root cause, and resolve issues.
- Design systems for high reliability under various conditions, including radiation and temperature changes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong technical fundamentals in electrical engineering.
- Participation in an engineering team or club.
- Experience with electrical design software such as Altium or KiCAD.
