Responsibilities
- Support the development of manufacturing tooling and production layouts.
- Create CAD designs for jigs, fixtures, gauges, and handling equipment.
- Perform basic FEA or hand calculations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and launch teams.
- Assist with documentation such as setup guides and maintenance plans.
- Help with First Article verification and tool validation.
- Develop 2D layouts and 3D/VR walk-throughs for production processes.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in CATIA/NX/SolidWorks, PLM, FEA Analysis, AutoCAD/Visio.
- Experience with Plant Simulation/FlexSim/AnyLogic or spreadsheet modeling.
- Knowledge of MES/QMS, torque analyzer, Minitab/Excel.
- Familiarity with 5S and visual standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a relevant field.
