Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced field service engineers to provide on-site technical assistance for electrical systems, including installations and testing.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.
- Engage with clients professionally, addressing inquiries and providing technical expertise.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports and client feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and travel to customer sites for on-site support as needed.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, graduating no later than May 2028.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments.
