Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Engineering/R&D roles with leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Strong leadership and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Analytical skills and experience using data to develop business cases.
- Experience leading R&D for products involving Air Flow analysis.
- A consumer-first perspective on product development.
