The Senior Director of New Product Development Systems Quality at SharkNinja is responsible for overseeing the quality systems strategy for new product development, ensuring compliance and product integrity throughout the development lifecycle using systems engineering principles.

• Define and execute the quality systems strategy for new product development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Expertise in systems engineering principles and quality by design.
• Proficiency in quality and systems tools (e.g., FMEA, Six Sigma).
• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
