Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of next-gen Ninja products through brainstorming and prototyping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions to consumer challenges.
- Build, test, and iterate prototypes while validating performance and usability.
- Analyze testing data and consumer feedback to inform design decisions.
- Participate in design reviews to uncover challenges and propose solutions.
- Take ownership of engineering tasks and gain exposure to manufacturing considerations.
- Support CAD modeling and technical documentation alongside experienced engineers.
Job Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in a related engineering program.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on development and testing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience with CAD programs and hands-on prototype development.
- Familiarity with electronics and basic machine shop tools.
