Responsibilities
- Design and plan installation and maintenance of electrical distribution systems.
- Ensure proper spacing of lines and pole strength according to NESC.
- Prepare plans, estimates, budgets, and specifications for projects.
- Create construction documents and monitor progress.
- Provide instructions to field crews regarding design issues.
- Use CAD software for modeling and creating engineering instructions.
- Participate in presentations and special projects as directed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or expected by June 2026.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution design.
- Teamwork skills in a diverse workforce.
- Prior construction or technical maintenance experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with NESC and ability to read construction documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
