Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain market leadership.
- Build and manage a high-performance engineering team.
- Own the technology and product roadmap for the division.
- Act as the primary technical spokesperson at industry events.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields.
- Domain expertise in high-density thermal management and liquid cooling technologies.
- Proven track record of bringing innovative products to market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with hyper-scalers and data-center companies is desirable.
- Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident due to ITAR facility regulations.
