Responsibilities
- Lead corrective action teams and utilize quality tools in response to quality issues.
- Develop, analyze, and verify effectiveness of process controls.
- Design, document, and implement methods and procedures for inspection and testing.
- Improve plant quality performance and customer satisfaction through process improvement techniques.
- Develop and maintain quality standards for processing materials.
- Support nonconformance documentation and MRB disposition process.
- Conduct and report on internal audits.
Job Requirements
- BS degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with GD&T requirements and various quality tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with machining and system integration/assembly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
