Responsibilities
- Design key analog building blocks for advanced RF transceivers.
- Build high-performance CMOS circuits in advanced CMOS nodes.
- Collaborate with experienced RF/analog designers to solve production problems.
- Innovate circuit and system designs to improve RF transceiver performance.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Current student pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1 academic quarter/semester remaining.
- Good knowledge of analog circuit building block design (e.g., amplifier, oscillator).
- Familiarity with Cadence for simulation and Virtuoso for layout.
- Knowledge of SystemVerilog and Python is a plus.
- Strong collaborative and innovative skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse global norms and challenges.
