Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the department’s Q&R framework, SOPs, and QC checklists.
- Direct the Facilities Services Department to align with Q&R objectives.
- Lead the Infra Risk Prevention (IRP) team in identifying failures and designing prevention protocols.
- Conduct investigations into infrastructure anomalies and drive corrective action processes.
- Deliver reliability health assessments and risk profiles to leadership.
- Manage audits, corrective actions, and quality record management.
- Develop and report on KPIs for the quality program.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering preferred.
- 8-10+ years in high-tech/semiconductor manufacturing or similar PM environment.
- 5+ years in Quality or Reliability leadership roles.
- Knowledge of semiconductor tool hook-up and cleanroom protocols.
- Familiarity with FMEA, CAPA, and 8D root-cause methodology.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and local building/safety codes.
- Strong data analysis and KPI generation skills.
