Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager(s)/Foremen/Superintendent(s) with manpower activities and documentation.
- Maximize productivity of project team by anticipating needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Facilitate job closeout activities for timely and successful completion of the job.
- Review completed work for QA/QC and coordinate final inspections.
- Maintain relationships that promote project success with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.
- Handle material ordering/staging and initial job setup.
- Provide updates and manage documentation using tools like PlanGrid and as-built drawings.
Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer or similar role.
- Understanding of the construction process from office to field.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and address issues in a timely manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Autodesk Software (preferred).
- Ability to work with a team and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
