Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems.
- Maintain Production Technical Packages that define the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards.
- Promote a culture of zero defects and support Right First Time manufacturing.
- Collaborate with interfacing teams to ensure understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Engage in self-development to expand knowledge and competencies.
- Utilize statistical tools to assess process performance and identify variations.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 1+ years, or Master's degree, or JD/PhD, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing composites or aerospace components.
- Familiarity with CAD, CAM, CAPP, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Understanding of process capability analysis and statistical tools.
- Experience with tooling/fixture design and prototyping for manufacture.
- Knowledge of Method Verification Approval processes.
