Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems.
- Maintain Production Technical Packages, including technical instructions and programs.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards.

Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing composites or aerospace components.
- Familiarity with tooling/fixture design and manufacturing systems.
- Proficiency in statistical tools for process performance assessment.
- Understanding of process capability analysis and key metrics.
- Experience with Method Verification Approval processes.
