Responsibilities
- Support the design and analysis of engine system hardware.
- Collaborate with team members to solve engineering challenges.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for guidance and progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Work on Neutron’s structures and components, including launch pad setups.
- Engage in testing of Neutron’s new Archimedes engines.
- Contribute to the development of a new large rocket.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program in engineering, physics, or math.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CAD and fluid mechanics is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
