Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and department employees to apply engineering knowledge.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to solve real engineering challenges.
- Participate in frequent 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Engage in tech talks and networking events with fellow interns and employees.
- Contribute to the development of manufacturing processes for rocket engines.
- Assist in quality assurance and production tasks related to rocket manufacturing.
- Support the team in achieving project deliverables and timelines.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering, physics, or math.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0; 3.5 preferred.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, or machining is desirable.
- Experience using CAD software is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
