Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering concepts.
- Design and test combustion devices and components for the Neutron rocket.
- Participate in 1:1 meetings with mentors to track progress and learning.
- Engage in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Work on real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in setting up launch pads and test sites.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Neutron launch project.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining post-internship.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Strong ability to work in teams and lead projects.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working in a dynamic environment.
