Responsibilities
- Optimize site facility infrastructure and control systems, including utilities, HVAC, and RO/DI.
- Conduct root cause analyses to eliminate operational losses and bottlenecks.
- Develop predictive maintenance plans to advance equipment reliability.
- Drive data-driven process improvements and align facility performance with planning strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract lifecycles.
- Execute energy conservation projects and sustainability initiatives.
- Direct site asset management and provide technical training for operations staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years in maintenance, plant engineering, or facilities management.
- Knowledge of HVAC, utilities, electrical, and energy management systems.
- Working knowledge of building automation/process control systems preferred.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP.
