Responsibilities
- Design reliability into Rivian products from concept to production phases.
- Collaborate with teams to define reliability requirements for new products.
- Develop and maintain reliability models to predict performance.
- Support vehicle testing to assess hardware and software integration robustness.
- Set and communicate reliability targets for products and sub-systems.
- Analyze warranty claims and field data to measure product performance.
- Facilitate FMEAs and lead cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- At least one year of experience in a reliability engineering role.
- Experience with facilitating FMEAs and leading teams.
- Knowledge of large data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with reliability statistical methods.
- Proficiency in a coding language, preferably Python.
- Experience with statistical software for reliability, such as JMP or ReliaSoft.
