Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best dimensional practices.
- Support Supplier Development Team on part quality data management.
- Develop Data Analysis Dashboards and assure buyoff criteria for parts/assemblies.
- Drive dimensional controls and tolerance discussions across the organization.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure proper GD&T specification for components.
- Participate in Virtual and production Build events.
- Root cause launch issues in a data-driven manner.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher in engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD & GD&T, preferably CATIA.
- Experience with Fixtures / Gage Design Reviews.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel during peak demand periods.
