Responsibilities
- Design reliability into closure systems products from concept to production.
- Collaborate with design and validation engineers to solve engineering problems.
- Serve as the reliability development expert for the closure design team.
- Facilitate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and lead cross-functional teams.
- Utilize statistical software for reliability analysis.
- Conduct reliability testing and develop guidelines.
- Understand and apply physics of failure and mechanics of materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
- One or more years of experience in a reliability engineering role.
- Strong technical background in reliability.
- Knowledge of coding languages, preferably Python.
- Familiarity with statistical software for reliability, such as JMP or ReliaSoft.
- Understanding of mechanical systems and failure mechanisms.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA) is a plus.
