Responsibilities
- Support feature development and system architecture based on user stories and vehicle requirements.
- Own requirements and design of the hardware system, ensuring successful implementation.
- Develop and support verification and validation test plans and procedures.
- Utilize first principles in electrical engineering to solve problems innovatively.
- Analyze new technology options and conduct trade studies for designs.
- Define necessary actions beyond just taking direction.
- Perform other duties as required within the role's scope.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electrical or systems engineering).
- 4+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering and systems.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and dive deep into electrical principles.
- Experience with reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Python and/or scripting languages.
- Proficiency in test and measurement tools (Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, Data Loggers).
