Responsibilities
- Support and develop Proof of Concept work for program success.
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for hardware modules.
- Generate Internal Part Numbers for new part requests and manage drawing releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to optimize solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot hardware issues at the board and system level.
- Maintain Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVPRs) and ensure test execution.
- Engage with internal teams and suppliers regarding component and system-level issues.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
- Understanding of electronics, packaging, and hardware.
- Previous experience with vehicle-level component programs preferred.
- Familiarity with PLM and component release cycles.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as PCIe, CAN, Ethernet, USB, I2C, SPI.
- Intent to return to school after the internship.
