Responsibilities
- Assemble, modify, and install HIL / Labcar cabling and test equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain and track HIL and test bench issues to ensure equipment is fit for use.
- Provide support to address and document lab equipment deficiencies.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of test assets.
- Maintain inventory of HIL and Labcar equipment.
- Organize and clean lab equipment as required.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automotive or aerospace harness assembly design.
- Experience with hand and power tools for building harness cables and fault-testing.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and device transmittals.
- Experience with rapid-prototype harnesses and component procurement.
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Experience with communication protocol circuits and Battery Management Systems is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs and have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
