Responsibilities
- Define and own the engineering vision and strategy for hardware and embedded software.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering organization.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Drive design for manufacturability and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across engineering initiatives.
- Serve as a senior technical voice in the leadership team and represent engineering externally.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in hardware and embedded software.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-disciplinary teams and delivering complete product platforms.
- Deep technical expertise in embedded systems, electronics/PCB design, and robotics controls.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering and business goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and mentor teams.
- Comfortable working on-site and capable of being hands-on when necessary.
