Responsibilities
- Work with engineering and supply chain to set cost targets at the commodity level.
- Track actual costs versus targets and identify corrective actions.
- Attend new product introduction meetings to understand cost implications.
- Manage purchase price variance claims due to changes or forecast variance.
- Drive cost reduction forecasts with the supply chain and operations team.
- Host executive management cost reviews to analyze product costs.
- Finalize and implement the supply chain and sourcing plan for products.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business agreements and program management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and influencing leadership decisions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in supply chain and manufacturing for complex systems/devices.
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in the design of complex systems.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
