Responsibilities
- Drive simultaneous Alpha and Beta testing programs using AI-driven systems.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align testing with product vision.
- Recruit and manage global test participants for diverse representation.
- Monitor worldwide tester engagement using AI predictive models.
- Process survey results and user feedback with AI tools for actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.

- Experience with or evaluating AI systems.
- Experience in stakeholder management at various organizational levels.
- Experience in Alpha/Beta testing for hardware and software products.
