Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of tooling engineers.
- Define and execute the long-term tooling strategy.
- Oversee design, fabrication, and commissioning of tooling systems.
- Manage the tooling project portfolio for production readiness.
- Partner with design engineering and manufacturing teams for new product introductions.
- Standardize best practices for design documentation and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in tooling design or manufacturing engineering.
- 6+ years in people leadership roles.
- Expertise with CAD and PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs.
- Nice to have: Experience in aerospace or automotive production environments.
