Responsibilities
- Lead electrical project construction activities for launch and recovery facilities.
- Work on electrical systems across voltages ranging from 22.5 kV to 120 V.
- Support power generation, control, distribution, and protection for the recovery vessel.
- Develop construction drawings, proposals, and manage subcontractors.
- Design electrical systems and provide design requirements for other disciplines.
- Collaborate on the development of at-sea recovery systems for the Terran R rocket.
- Expected annual travel of 25%.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional experience in the marine or construction industry with electrical systems.
- Experience applying electrical engineering principles in industrial or infrastructure environments.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Nice to have: experience with DoD, USAF/USSF, ABYC, and/or NASA standards.
- Nice to have: prior experience in aerospace or marine sectors.
- Must clear a background check for on-site work at government partner locations.
