Responsibilities
- Lead electrical project construction activities for launch and at-sea recovery facilities.
- Work on electrical systems across voltages from 22.5 kV to 120 V.
- Support power generation, distribution, and fault recovery for the recovery vessel.
- Develop construction drawings and manage subcontractor selection and evaluation.
- Design electrical systems for hazardous and marine environments.
- Collaborate on the development of recovery systems for the Terran R rocket.
- Travel with the recovery vessel for rocket launch recovery and securing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional experience in the marine or construction industry with electrical systems.
- Experience applying electrical engineering principles in industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with DoD, USAF/USSF, ABYC, and/or NASA standards (nice to have).
- Prior experience in aerospace or marine sectors (nice to have).
- Must clear a background check for on-site work at government partner locations.
