Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical project construction activities for launch and at-sea recovery facilities.
  • Work on electrical systems across voltages from 22.5 kV to 120 V.
  • Support power generation, distribution, and fault recovery for the recovery vessel.
  • Develop construction drawings and manage subcontractor selection and evaluation.
  • Design electrical systems for hazardous and marine environments.
  • Collaborate on the development of recovery systems for the Terran R rocket.
  • Travel with the recovery vessel for rocket launch recovery and securing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional experience in the marine or construction industry with electrical systems.
  • Experience applying electrical engineering principles in industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with DoD, USAF/USSF, ABYC, and/or NASA standards (nice to have).
  • Prior experience in aerospace or marine sectors (nice to have).
  • Must clear a background check for on-site work at government partner locations.
