Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design projects from concept through implementation.
- Coordinate technical requirements with vehicle and ground support engineering teams.
- Develop detailed 3D CAD models, 2D mechanical drawings, and system schematics.
- Perform structural, dynamic, and system performance analyses.
- Present design concepts and project updates to engineering and cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of two years of professional engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Experience with launch vehicle interface mechanisms and fluid systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicable industry standards and structural materials.
