Responsibilities
- Design launch pad propellant and gas infrastructure
- Conduct fluid system design, modeling, and pipe stress analysis
- Create fabrication drawings, process and instrumentation diagrams, and detailed work instructions
- Supervise construction activation, commissioning, and initial operations of facilities
- Solve technically challenging problems under varying programmatic pressures
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful launch of Terran R
- Engage in high-pressure environments while meeting aggressive deadlines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- Experience in thermal and fluid analyses
- General experience with fluid components such as valves, regulators, and instrumentation
- Knowledge of launch vehicle ground support equipment and operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with piping analysis software (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
