Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and supplier management for propulsion components.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including supplier selection and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to influence design for manufacturability.
- Drive supplier performance through risk management and contract negotiations.
- Mentor team members on aerospace manufacturing processes and supplier development.
- Act as a thought leader for propulsion commodities, improving sourcing processes and supplier health.
- Ensure alignment of procurement with program milestones for the Terran-R build schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or engineering.
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
- Proven track record in contract negotiations and milestone-based agreements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as machining and assembly.
- Familiarity with aerospace raw materials and processing methods is a plus.
