Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and supplier management for vehicle avionics.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support build schedules.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning for manufacturability.
- Drive supplier performance through risk management and contract negotiations.
- Mentor team members in aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Improve sourcing processes and supplier health.
- Act as a thought leader for Avionics commodities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
- Experience managing suppliers for aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
- Proven negotiation skills for contracts and milestone agreements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and relevant quality standards.
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards (preferred).
