Responsibilities
- Lead and execute problem-solving flow events to reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Apply Lean methodologies such as 6S, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Kanban.
- Analyze performance data using Excel and other tools, and present findings to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; data analysis experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Compliance with federal export control laws regarding job eligibility.
