Responsibilities
- Lead and execute problem-solving flow events, including SMED processes.
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement Lean methodologies such as 6S, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Kanban.
- Analyze performance data and track progress using Excel and other tools.
- Present findings to stakeholders.
- Support initiatives that reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
- Engage in real-world problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; data analysis experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Compliance with federal export control laws regarding job eligibility.
