Responsibilities

  • Define and own the reliability strategy for hardware products.
  • Plan and execute various reliability tests including HALT and thermal cycling.
  • Collaborate with teams to define design-for-reliability (DfR) requirements.
  • Track reliability KPIs and provide insights for design improvements.
  • Develop accelerated life test models and support FMEA processes.
  • Analyze reliability data using statistical models to predict performance.
  • Support failure analysis efforts and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in hardware reliability engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of electronic and mechanical failure mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like Minitab or Python.
  • Experience with reliability lab equipment and test setups.
  • Knowledge of reliability warranty analysis methods.
  • Working knowledge of failure analysis techniques such as SEM and X-ray.
