Responsibilities
- Ensure Special Test Equipment is operable and improve test yield.
- Perform technical evaluations of hardware and categorize failures.
- Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities.
- Communicate hardware failure status updates to program leadership.
- Travel periodically to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, or customer sites (up to 25%).
- Collaborate with manufacturing, Program Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Foster a culture of trust, transparency, compliance, diversity, inclusion, and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.
- Experience with standard engineering lab equipment.
- Proficiency in digital circuit card troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with schematic drawings for troubleshooting.
- Experience in fault isolation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Matlab, C#, C++, and Python is preferred.
