Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management for Qualcomm rack-scale designs.
- Define and manage program requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Provide end-to-end program management across various phases.
- Own rack-level integration plans for multiple system components.
- Drive firmware/software/hardware co-design execution.
- Lead cross-functional design and readiness reviews.
- Establish and run triage mechanisms for issue management.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science/engineering or electrical engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in systems or hardware engineering.
- Experience with rack level systems and components.
- Proven experience managing technical programs in large organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
