Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for single and multi-sensor fusion using DSP and ML/AI techniques.
- Balance performance, power consumption, and computational complexity.
- Create reports on algorithm evaluation, validation, and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with global development and test teams.
- Implement software in C/C++ on Qualcomm platforms.
- Participate in a broad range of systems engineering activities within the Sensors Technologies group.
- Work on algorithm designs using inertial sensors and IMUs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related area.
- 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience (or 1+ year with a Master’s, or a PhD).
- Knowledge of digital signal processing, machine learning, and algorithm implementation.
- Experience with MATLAB and Python.
- Publications in signal processing/AI fields are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with algorithm debugging.
- Ability to work in a lab environment and handle hazardous chemicals.
