Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for single and multi-sensor fusion using DSP and ML/AI techniques.
- Balance performance, power consumption, and computational complexity in algorithm design.
- Create reports on algorithm evaluation, validation, and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with global development and test teams.
- Implement software in C/C++ on Qualcomm platforms.
- Participate in a range of systems engineering activities within the Sensors Technologies group.
- Document design and user specifications thoroughly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related work (1+ year with a Master’s or PhD).
- Knowledge of digital signal processing, machine learning concepts, and inertial sensors.
- Experience in algorithm implementation and debugging.
- Familiarity with MATLAB and Python for development.
- Ability to work in lab environments, handling hazardous materials.
- Publications in signal processing or AI are preferred.
