Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development & integration of Linux and Android Automotive OS on Qualcomm platforms.
- Collaborate with Software Product Management to create technology roadmaps for Linux and AAOS.
- Drive OEM requirements and work with internal engineering teams for delivery.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to Linux and Android technology teams.
- Lead new automotive technologies related to AAOS and Linux.
- Ensure integration with vehicle hardware and sensors.
- Engage with automotive software development standards and practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python.
- Extensive experience in embedded system software design and debugging.
- Expertise in Linux kernel and Android architecture, including device drivers and system services.
- Familiarity with Android Automotive OS and Yocto distribution.
- Knowledge of secure automotive software architecture and standards.
- Experience working with Automotive Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
